Lead Technical Program Manager - Autonomous Systems
The Autonomous Vehicles Platform team is on the lookout for a talented and seasoned Lead Technical Program Manager to assist in deploying NVIDIA's innovative autonomous vehicle software globally.

Your role will involve a dedicated effort to create and commercialize revolutionary solutions that will transform the transportation landscape and the expanding domain of self-driving vehicles.

You will collaborate with dedicated and skilled cross-functional engineering teams across various vehicle subsystems to unify their contributions into our Autonomous Driving platform, ensuring compliance with all pertinent NVIDIA and automotive standards and guidelines.

The work environment is dynamic, engaging, and impactful, with both customers and competitors to consider.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Autonomous Vehicle Platform teams to develop project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and address issues that may impact the project's scope, timeline, and quality.
- Assist the team in coordinating deliverables necessary for achieving required safety and cybersecurity process qualifications or certifications.
- Work alongside various internal teams at NVIDIA, as well as partners and customers, as part of the execution process.
- Contribute to enhancing processes and procedures within the team, streamlining daily operations.
- Regularly update management and stakeholders on program status and key challenges.

As the primary point of contact, you will schedule and lead status meetings, manage communication regarding progress and status within and across engineering teams, and oversee critical issues.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in a comparable role.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent Program/Project Management experience overseeing the planning and execution of software engineering projects and launching commercial products.
- A proven history of leading and successfully delivering medium to large-scale organizational programs and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and promote the adoption of new and improved process workflows.
- A consistent record of being well-organized, possessing excellent communication skills, and being detail-oriented.
- Expertise in road-mapping tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial software products as a product owner.
- Background in the automotive industry.
The base salary range is competitive and will be determined based on your experience and location. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
