Position Summary
As we transition from pilot projects to full-scale production, we are in search of a seasoned Lead Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our state-of-the-art production tooling.
This crucial role will enable you to define and execute project management strategies, propelling ZipRecruiter towards the successful launch of our fully integrated production capabilities.

Utilize the strategic roadmap to formulate detailed program plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and clear timelines. - Oversee Cross-Departmental Program Execution:
Efficiently assign tasks and facilitate communication within the program team, proactively addressing potential challenges to maintain timelines. - Monitor and Adapt Program Progress:
Regularly assess progress against established plans and budgets, making necessary adjustments to strategies. - Lead Program Meetings:
Chair meetings to ensure operational excellence and foster collaboration across functional teams. - Manage Interdependencies:
Prioritize tasks and escalate issues as needed to maintain program momentum.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a strong educational background and relevant experience. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred, but practical experience is equally valued.
If you possess at least 8 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in technical program or project management within capital equipment or similar industries, you may be an ideal candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
