Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
