Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive company revenue through sales and marketing efforts. This is a key role within ICS Managed IT Services, requiring strong negotiation skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, achieving agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to expand our client base.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments and opportunities.
  • Create compelling sales proposals to present to customers, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Document sales funnel activity in our CRM platform to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or sales engineer capacity, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to leverage their features effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and IT security basics, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • General understanding of telephony (voice services) and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
