Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a proven track record of driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing outbound internet and phone campaigns to drive leads and appointments
- Maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
- Tracking and managing all leads to ensure timely follow-ups and maximum conversion rates
- Providing ongoing training and support to BDC representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies and optimize sales performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong communication and organizational skillset
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven management experience, with a focus on team leadership and development
