Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Manager to lead our Aftermarket sales team in the Americas. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic relationships with customers.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Stabilus, a leading manufacturer of gas springs and dampers. As Independent Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
