Independent Aftermarket Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Independent Aftermarket business in the Americas region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve profitability objectives.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
