Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Joni and Friends. This role will provide administrative support to the Area Ministry team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Ministry team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting guests.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including database entries, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including registration, name tags, and participant materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with fundraising efforts, including donor communications and event planning.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar database software preferred.
