Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling service calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Managing billing, accounts receivable, and collections using QuickBooks
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication with contractors, customers, and suppliers
- Performing daily administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
