Job Description Job Overview Partners Southeast is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing materials for meetings and coordinating workflows.
  • Assist in all aspects of real estate development activities from predevelopment to project closeout.
  • Communicate regularly with team members about goals and tasks.
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other print materials.
  • Manage and monitor executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate all aspects of monthly board meetings.
  • Schedule and arrange internal and external meetings as requested.
  • Arrange all phases of travel, including monitoring travel delays and changes.
  • Responsible for all expense reporting, including receipt collection, preparation, and submission of expense reports, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Document management for the Executive office.
  • Identify grants and RFP/RFQ opportunities, spearhead written responses, and submissions.
  • Interpret, land use, zoning, and entitlement laws.
  • Deliver and pick-up various materials.
  • Process annual membership dues/invoices.
  • Engage with community residents and clients with a professional and supportive demeanor.
  • Review legal documentation and operating agreements.
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
  • Communicate regularly with team members about goals and tasks.
