**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at UDR, Inc., one of the nation's largest owners and managers of residential apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our company.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

**Job Description:

  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure a seamless move-in experience for new residents by conducting move-in orientations and responding to their concerns within established time guidelines.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage resident relations, service requests, and communications.
  • Walk through move-in ready apartments to ensure they meet standards prior to orientation.
  • Assist with resolving resident issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Research and prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
