**Job Overview**

We're looking for a skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE to join our team at Carvana As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of purchased vehicles to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Frequently interact with customers in person, by phone, and via text to ensure seamless vehicle handovers.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule delivery appointments and manage timelines.
  • Complete thorough pre-delivery checklists to guarantee vehicles are ready for delivery.
  • Promptly respond to customer requests and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • An estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
