At CBRE, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in the workplace. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' and guests' needs are met with professionalism and care.

Job Overview

This role is part of our Workplace Experience function, where you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to employees and visitors of a designated building. You'll be the first point of contact, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes, and following security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and Assist Visitors: Create a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner, creating presentations, and speaking to various-sized groups.
  2. Coordinate Events: Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor, manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  3. Solve Inquiries and Complaints: Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  4. Manage On-Site Events: Organize and manage on-site events, secure event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: With up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work, communicate straightforward information effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. At CBRE, we strive to provide competitive compensation packages that reflect individual contributions.
