Sales Leadership Opportunity at ADP

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead a team of sales representatives in a designated territory. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing the skills of your team members.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of business-to-business sales experience (2+ years) and a strong ability to connect with people. You will also have excellent planning and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage competing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Business Growth: Work closely with your team to close sales, win new business, and meet sales objectives through effective resource allocation.
  2. Lead Your Team: Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  3. Recruit and Develop Sales Associates: Identify, interview, and develop talented sales professionals, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to help them succeed.
  4. Represent ADP: Serve as a representative of our company, building relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners through regular field work, trade shows, and other activities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience, with a strong focus on closing deals and growing revenue.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate others.
  3. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple competing demands.
  4. Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
