Director of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Director of Builder Sales to lead our sales team in driving business growth and developing strong partnerships with homebuilders. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, analyzing key performance metrics, and leveraging CRM systems to drive reporting and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the homebuilder and developer industry. They will be responsible for overseeing the hiring, training, and performance management of the sales team, focusing on talent development and continuous improvement.
