Senior Business Development Director

Ambitious sales professionals are invited to join Aimbridge Hospitality as a Senior Sales Manager. This role is designed for individuals who can effectively drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue goals, collaborating closely with the Director of Sales to ensure alignment with hotel objectives.
- Conduct proactive solicitation calls, sales tours, and client entertainment activities tailored to Leisure SMERF Business Travel (BT) and/or Groups, depending on the property's focus.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain exceptional guest and employee interactions through attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented behavior.
- Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's established regulations, company standards, sales standards, and sales metrics.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of hotel operations and policies across applicable departments.
- Promote strong visibility within local communities and industry organizations, as relevant.
- Participate in implementing and/or contributing to special promotions related to direct sales segments (i.e., sales blitzes).
- Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and other required functions designated by management.
Aimbridge Hospitality offers an attractive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $64,480 - $77,376 annually, along with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, employee assistance program, and 401(k) retirement plan.
