Business Development Director

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for defining territory and outbound strategies to generate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. You will also own the full sales-cycle process for new business accounts, engaging with organizations of various sizes from prospect to close.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through continuous prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales development, marketing, and customer success teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
About You:
- Results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a rapidly scaling business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
What We Offer:
- Estimated base salary range: $91,000 - $116,000.
