Client Account Support Specialist

TÜV SÜD Global Risk Consultants (GRC) stands as the premier provider of unbundled property loss control services globally. Our extensive expertise in property risk engineering and consulting enables us to effectively address your loss control requirements.
This role is pivotal within the organization, providing essential support to both internal teams (such as Account Servicing Teams and Field Staff) and clients. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a proactive approach and strong communication abilities while managing multiple detailed processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Engineers and Account Servicing Teams in their tasks
- Prepare report packages in advance of scheduled inspections
- Conduct quality control and review of reports and projects prior to client distribution
- Follow up internally on pending reports with Field Staff, Reviewers, and Servicing Teams
- Update Account Service Instructions as necessary to align with client and engineer requirements
- Provide external support to clients as needed, including project updates and inquiries
- Perform data entry to finalize inspections (including dates and contacts)
- Engage in specialized projects and tasks as assigned
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Potentially expand responsibilities to include tasks of an Account Coordinating Administrator
Qualifications
- Preferred: College Degree, though not mandatory
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated initiative in fulfilling responsibilities
- A collaborative team player, open to direction and cooperative work
- Ability to work independently and with confidence
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
