We are excited to announce a bonus opportunity for new team members who achieve their Registered Behavior Technician certification within the initial 22 days following 90 days of employment.

Proud Moments ABA is a leading national organization in behavioral health, dedicated to delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from infancy through young adulthood. We are seeking dedicated Behavior Support Specialists to become integral members of our expanding team. Our specialists play a crucial role in the treatment process, delivering personalized one-on-one support in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a home-based environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report findings
  • Assist BCBAs in training families on the application of tailored treatment strategies
  • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients and their families
  • Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
  • Perform any additional tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA
Qualifications:
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
