Fourth Ltd. is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead, a specialist in Demand Generation with a background in B2B SaaS marketing to join our expanding marketing team. This role will be based in our regional office.

The Regional Marketing Lead will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will be tasked with leveraging their expertise, creativity, and leadership skills to meet strategic objectives. This includes developing and executing tactics that will enable Fourth to swiftly and effectively launch its marketing demand generation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded marketing background with at least 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, targeting diverse Buyer Personas, including C-level Executives, Vice Presidents of Fortune 500 companies, and Directors in the hospitality sector, through both offline (events and tradeshows) and digital channels (SEM, SEO, display advertising, PPC, webinars, email, and social media).

Role Summary

You will be responsible for driving comprehensive regional marketing campaigns and programs that are innovative, proactive, and cost-efficient. Your efforts will focus on attracting potential clients, generating excitement about Fourth's transformative technology, and guiding prospects through the conversion process. You will create, adapt, and optimize multi-channel digital and event-based campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our sales team as we aim to expand our customer base.

Key Objectives

  1. Utilize your expertise in digital and event marketing to design, manage, and enhance marketing programs that yield high-quality leads.
  2. Establish a robust demand generation system and lead nurturing process with measurable, repeatable, and automated methods that drive qualified demand and facilitate conversion.
  3. Assist in the implementation of necessary systems, tools, and technologies.
  4. Analyze data and the buyer journey to optimize every interaction, maximize conversions, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  5. Collaborate with Communications and Events teams to ensure digital marketing activities leverage all PR, events, and brand-building efforts.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with commercial objectives.
  7. Coordinate with the UK Marketing Team to ensure field marketing initiatives effectively utilize marketing content at the right time.
  8. Develop and communicate a campaign schedule, report on campaign performance, and ensure alignment with commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a measurable, repeatable, and automated process that supports demand generation, lead qualification, and nurturing.
  • Execute demand and lead generation programs tactically.
  • Refine lead scoring methodologies in collaboration with Marketing and Inside Sales teams.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation software effectively.
  • Evaluate new leads for qualification to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement email, digital, and event marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Ensure effective communication between Marketing and Inside Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Track and refine campaign performance through analytics, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates and cost per lead.
  • Incorporate tradeshows and events into lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns, including writing blogs, web pages, email templates, and repurposing product materials.
  • Continuously improve email lead nurturing programs to advance prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline.
  • Experience in online marketing demand generation strategies, including SEM, SEO, and analytics.
  • Manage third-party contractors and vendors effectively.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Proven ability to optimize website and landing page user experiences to enhance lead conversions.
  • Experience managing the lead sales funnel using a CRM.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Expertise in digital marketing campaign optimization.
  • Experience in event marketing and coordination.
  • Ability to develop content marketing materials for demand generation, including videos, white papers, and case studies.
  • Experience with email and affiliate marketing.
  • Skills in landing page development, including content creation.
