Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Regional Marketing Operations Manager - US to enhance our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will excel in a dynamic global setting, bridging the gap between personnel, processes, and technology to foster efficiency and innovation. You will work closely with our Regional Marketing Manager to refine and implement our marketing operations strategy across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Marketing Operations authority for the Americas region
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and Sales
  • Oversee the quality assurance and execution of marketing email campaigns via Marketo
  • Ensure accurate prospect uploads to our CRM following regional events
  • Develop intricate routing logic for new projects and ongoing maintenance
  • Utilize ZoomEvents for managing webinars and virtual events
  • Analyze data metrics to guarantee precise reporting and enhance campaign performance
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on quality and accuracy, while strategically optimizing processes

Note: Candidates must be located in the New York Metro Area and be willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $102,000 to $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant Marketing Operations roles
  • Proficient in Marketo
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Chili Piper and Ring Lead, or similar routing tools
  • Experience with ZoomEvents or comparable webinar platforms
  • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools
