Job Purpose

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of regional programs across North, Central, and South America. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional regional programs, hand-in-hand with sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to identify and execute regional programs that drive and generate pipeline.

Main Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including in-person sales conferences, seminars, strategic dinners, and webinars, targeting prospects, customers, and active opportunities.
    • Manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met and stakeholders receive clear, thorough pre and post event briefing in a timely manner.
    • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual needs, and take a hands-on approach to on-site event setup and teardown.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, and develop and execute event marketing strategies.
    • Create and manage event promotional materials, including giveaways, booth activations, email campaigns, and social media posts.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all event materials.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for event enquiries and communications.
    • Work closely with sales and product teams to align event goals with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Track and analyze event metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, feedback, and ROI.
    • Utilize data to make recommendations on future regional event planning and strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment.
  • Experience managing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM and event management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, BigMarker, Eventbrite).
  • Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.
  • Enthusiastic about getting hands-on during event setup and teardown.
  • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
