Fourth Ltd. is in search of a Regional Marketing Lead, specializing in Demand Generation with substantial B2B SaaS experience to enhance our marketing division. This role will be based in our regional office.

The Regional Marketing Lead will report directly to the VP of Marketing and is expected to leverage their expertise, creativity, and leadership skills to meet strategic objectives while developing initiatives that enable Fourth to rapidly and effectively launch its marketing demand generation programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded marketing background with at least 6 years of B2B demand generation experience, targeting diverse Buyer Personas, including C-level Executives, Vice Presidents of Fortune 500 companies, and Directors in the hospitality sector, through both offline (tradeshows & events) and digital channels (SEM, SEO, display advertising, PPC, webinars, email, social media).

Role Summary

You will be responsible for driving comprehensive regional marketing campaigns and programs that are innovative, proactive, and cost-efficient.

Your tasks will include executing strategies to attract potential clients, generating excitement about Fourth's transformative technology, and guiding prospects through the conversion process. You will create, adapt, and optimize multi-channel digital and event-based campaigns necessary for generating quality leads as we expand our customer base.

Key Objectives

  1. Utilize your expertise in digital and event marketing to create, manage, and optimize marketing initiatives that yield high-quality leads.
  2. Establish a robust demand generation and lead nurturing framework with measurable, repeatable, and automated processes that drive qualified demand and convert prospects.
  3. Support the implementation of necessary systems, tools, and technologies.
  4. Analyze data and the buyer journey to enhance every interaction, maximize conversions, and provide an exceptional experience.
  5. Collaborate with Communications and Events teams to ensure digital marketing activities effectively leverage all PR, events, and brand-building efforts.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial objectives.
  7. Coordinate with the UK Marketing Team to ensure field marketing activities effectively utilize marketing content at optimal times.
  8. Develop and communicate a campaign schedule, report on campaign performance, and ensure all activities support commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a measurable, repeatable, automated process that drives demand generation, lead qualification, and nurturing.
  • Execute demand and lead generation programs tactically.
  • Refine lead scoring methodologies in collaboration with Marketing and Inside Sales teams.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation software effectively.
  • Evaluate new leads for scoring qualification to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Ensure seamless communication between Marketing and Inside Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Track and refine campaign performance through analytics, focusing on conversion rates, cost per lead, and other key metrics.
  • Incorporate tradeshows and events into lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and manage demand generation campaigns, including writing blogs, web pages, email templates, and repurposing product materials.
  • Continuously improve email lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline.
  • Leverage online marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, and analytics.
  • Manage third-party contractors and vendors effectively.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Proven ability to optimize website and landing page user experiences to enhance lead conversions.
  • Experience managing the lead sales funnel using a CRM.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Expertise in digital marketing campaign optimization.
  • Experience in event marketing and coordination.
  • Ability to develop content marketing materials for demand generation, including videos, white papers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Knowledge of email and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in landing page development, including content creation.
