Role Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager for the Americas will play a crucial role in generating a robust pipeline for the region. This position will oversee targeted segments and spearhead both online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events within the United States. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that yield measurable results in collaboration with Business Development Representatives (BDR), Sales, Global Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.

Your primary focus will be to manage the Marketing Funnel for the Americas, ensuring that we generate demand through quality leads and effectively target each stage of the funnel with appropriate campaigns, delivering impactful marketing experiences that align with our regional sales objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Americas Marketing Strategy: Develop, agree upon, and implement marketing plans that align with the goals of the Americas across various segments, ensuring sufficient demand generation that can be converted into opportunities.
  • Demand Generation Tactics: Employ diverse strategies to stimulate demand in key areas, such as Account-Based Marketing for priority accounts and other demand generation techniques for additional accounts.
  • Marketing Funnel Management: Take ownership of the Marketing Funnel for the Americas, ensuring the right quality and quantity of leads progress efficiently through the funnel and are accelerated as necessary.
  • Campaign Measurement: Assess results from every campaign to ensure we achieve the desired outcomes. Maintain your scorecard and present these results to key stakeholders, including Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams.
  • Event and Campaign Execution: Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget, while measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.
Digital and Content Marketing Initiatives
  • Design and implement highly tailored Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns for key accounts.
  • Plan and execute localized campaigns for the Americas region aimed at driving demand generation for the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify buying committees and enhance their engagement with the Marketing Funnel through targeted campaigns.
  • Adapt digital and content marketing programs to meet the needs of the regional sales team, utilizing all necessary digital channels for campaign deployment.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to produce localized and region-specific press releases and case studies, as well as partner and customer marketing initiatives.
Event Management
  • Take direct ownership of all regional events, leading the organization of webinars and roundtables for the Americas region while collaborating with the Global Events team for any relevant global events.
  • Evaluate third-party events based on Fenergo's criteria and define success metrics for each event.
  • Attend pertinent trade shows and events, providing onsite management and decision-making.
  • Create a comprehensive event plan for each event, webinar, or roundtable, detailing key elements, investment, and desired KPIs.
  • Prepare post-event evaluation reports to assess success and return on investment (ROI) for all event-related activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Partner & Customer Marketing to execute core campaigns that yield exceptional results.
  • Act as an advocate for the sales region you support, helping the marketing department understand their priorities.
  • Document and share lead and customer intelligence with the sales team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
  • Over 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipelines through effective marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, On24, or their equivalents.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Familiarity with financial services clients.
