Role Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager for the Americas will play a pivotal role in generating a robust pipeline for the region. This position entails overseeing specific market segments and spearheading both online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events within the United States. You will be tasked with crafting and executing marketing strategies that yield measurable results in collaboration with Business Development Representatives (BDR), Sales, Global Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.

You will be responsible for managing the Marketing Funnel for the Americas, ensuring effective demand stimulation through quality leads and tailoring campaigns to address each stage of the funnel, while delivering impactful marketing experiences that align with our regional sales objectives.

Key Duties
  • Americas Marketing Plans: Develop, agree upon, and implement marketing strategies that align with the Americas' objectives across various segments, ensuring sufficient demand generation that translates into opportunities.
  • Utilize diverse tactics to stimulate demand in critical areas, such as Account-Based Marketing for Priority Accounts and demand generation strategies for other accounts.
  • Oversee the Marketing Funnel for the Americas, ensuring the right quality and quantity of leads flow efficiently through the funnel and are accelerated as necessary.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes to ensure we achieve desired results. Maintain your scorecard and present these findings to key stakeholders (Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, BDR teams).
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of all events and marketing campaigns, measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.
Local Digital, Content & ABX Campaigns:
  • Design and implement tailored Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns for key accounts.
  • Plan and execute localized campaigns for the Americas, aimed at stimulating demand generation for the regional marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify buying committees and enhance their engagement with the Marketing Funnel.
  • Adapt digital and content marketing strategies to meet the needs of the regional sales team, deploying campaigns across all necessary digital channels.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to produce localized and region-specific press releases and case studies.
Event Management:
  • Take ownership of all regional events, leading the organization of webinars and roundtables for the Americas. Collaborate with the Global Events team for any relevant global events.
  • Assess third-party events based on Fenergo's criteria and define success metrics for each event.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows and events, providing onsite management and decision-making.
  • Create comprehensive event plans for every event, webinar, or roundtable, detailing key elements, investments, and KPIs.
  • Compile post-event evaluation reports to assess success and ROI.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Engage with teams across Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Partner & Customer Marketing to execute core campaigns that deliver outstanding results.
  • Advocate for the sales region you support, helping the marketing department understand their priorities.
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
  • Over 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipelines through marketing efforts.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, On24, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
