As a Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will play a pivotal role in generating a robust pipeline for the region. You will oversee specific segments and spearhead both online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events across the Americas. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing marketing strategies that yield measurable results in collaboration with Business Development Representatives (BDR), Sales, Global Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Americas Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop, align, and implement marketing strategies that resonate with the Americas' objectives across various segments, ensuring a steady flow of demand that translates into opportunities.
  • Utilize diverse tactics to stimulate demand in key areas, such as Account-Based Marketing for priority accounts and demand generation strategies for other segments.
  • Manage the Marketing Funnel for the Americas, ensuring a balanced flow of quality leads and optimizing their progression through the funnel.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of each campaign, maintaining a scorecard to present results to key stakeholders, including Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all events and marketing campaigns, while measuring and reporting their effectiveness.

Local Digital, Content & ABX Campaigns:

  • Design and implement tailored Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns for key accounts.
  • Plan and execute localized campaigns for the Americas, aimed at driving demand generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify key decision-makers and enhance their engagement with the Marketing Funnel.
  • Adapt digital and content marketing initiatives to align with the regional sales team's needs, utilizing all relevant digital channels.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to produce localized press releases and case studies, as well as partner and customer marketing initiatives.

Event Management:

  • Take full ownership of all regional events, leading the organization of webinars and roundtables for the Americas, while coordinating with the Global Events team for any relevant global events.
  • Assess third-party events based on Fenergo's criteria and define success metrics for each.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows and events, managing on-site activities and decision-making.
  • Create comprehensive event plans for each initiative, detailing key elements, investments, and desired KPIs.
  • Prepare post-event evaluation reports to assess success and return on investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage with teams across Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Partner & Customer Marketing to execute impactful campaigns.
  • Act as an advocate for the sales region, ensuring the marketing department understands regional priorities.
  • Document and share lead and customer insights with the sales team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in generating and expanding sales pipelines through marketing initiatives.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, On24, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a rapidly growing technology company.
  • Familiarity with financial services clients.
