About the Role

Surya Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing content, pricing, and promotional strategy for our large product catalog. You will also be responsible for sending inventory proposals to customers weekly, reviewing important selling opportunities, and following up on orders and shipping.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer experience intuition, business and product knowledge, and solid understanding of technical concepts. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for Surya's large product catalog
  • Send inventory proposals to customers weekly and review important selling opportunities
  • Follow up on orders, shipping, samples, customer requests, and internal projects
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across multiple business functions to build new and improve existing processes
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in Excel, with analytical and data skills
  • Bachelor's degree
