Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of our ecommerce business, including customer relationships, product content, supply chain operations, pricing strategy, marketing, and merchandising.

You will collaborate closely with key customers to drive growth and develop strategic relationships that maximize Surya's shelf space and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with large ecommerce accounts like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and more to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Merchandise Surya's extensive product catalog effectively, focusing on top volume drivers, new product introductions, and ensuring our product content is best in class.
  • Oversee the partnership of your account(s) as a key contact and solution provider, proactively identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for your account(s), working across multiple teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine the performance of your customer portfolio and identify areas for improvement to meet/exceed targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities to acquire market share.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams across multiple business functions to create and/or improve existing processes.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must work full-time at our headquarters in White, GA.
  • A background in account management, sales, product management, project management, and/or marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, working under pressure, setting/achieving goals, delegation, and attention to detail.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations.
  • Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or buying.
  • Prior knowledge working with customer web-based portals (Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, Home Depot Super Hub, etc.).
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel 2-4 times a year to visit customers and/or attend markets.
