Job Title: District Sales Manager II

Electrolux is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including merchant and business support teams, to drive sales and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including EMA operational support, Accounting/Finance, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide training and coaching to retail sales teams to enhance their knowledge and skills in selling Electrolux products.
  • Analyze sales trends and results, and develop plans to maximize sales and profits.
  • Work closely with customers and EMA Marketing support to expand product assortment and develop promotional plans to maximize return.
  • Manage open order reports to ensure backorders are caught up quickly, sales are maximized, and consumers are satisfied with lead times.
  • Communicate accurately and timely with credit, AR, and other teams to ensure transactional documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Develop presentations and reports to communicate sales strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with major retail customers, preferably in assisted selling floor environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good basic knowledge of product development processes, advertising, marketing, and sales.
  • Proven competency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines, and multi-tasking.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Merchandising.
