Senior Account Manager

Surya Carpet is a leading home furnishings company that offers a wide range of innovative products to cater to various lifestyles. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and strengthening relationships with customers in your assigned book by helping them uncover and solve deeper challenges within their business through Surya's comprehensive solutions that drive tangible growth and ease pain points.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase value delivery to customers, often in new and creative ways.
- Take charge of driving business within your assigned book by owning and executing Surya's buyer-seller process with precision, advancing customers into an ever-deepening partnership that yields real and sustained growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer solutions.
Requirements:
- 3 years of account management/sales experience, preferably delivered through a formalized buyer-seller process, or transferable experience in the field of Design or Retail.
- History of successful relationship-building, strategic dialog, and presenting comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Ability to maintain stated Key Performance Indicator levels specific to the PS-II role.
- Passionate about home décor brands.
- Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with Salesforce a plus.
