Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to propel our user acquisition strategies. This role involves hands-on management of our existing channels, collaborating with our in-house creative team to enhance creative performance, and exploring new channels to achieve higher volumes within our CAC/ROAS objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with a growth-oriented mindset, ready to push boundaries, refine growth marketing best practices, and act swiftly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of users participating in our program while maintaining or improving our CAC/ROAS metrics.
- Oversee campaigns directly across various online and offline channels, collaborating with our creative agency to strategize and develop compelling content.
- Formulate, drive, and evaluate KPIs for each campaign, continuously designing and executing A/B tests to optimize effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns to fruition, working alongside designers, copywriters, product teams, data analysts, and more.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in achieving growth targets within established CAC/ROAS or volume parameters, timelines, and budgets, or a strong background in a data-centric academic discipline or analytical role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with digital paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, SEM, among others.
- Ability to define essential marketing KPIs and deconstruct them to understand and influence performance from foundational principles.
- A proactive approach with a strong bias for action, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring timely execution with high attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and organize challenges, identify opportunities, and develop impactful ideas to advance the business.
