Marketing Team Overview
The Marketing team is responsible for articulating the Brex narrative, shaping our messaging and positioning, and translating our innovative products and features into clear customer advantages. Our marketers, spanning Brand, Product Marketing Management, Content, and Performance, play a crucial role in customer acquisition and possess a profound understanding of our business. We operate as a highly collaborative team, working closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers realize their full potential.
Role Overview
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be to devise strategies, plan campaigns, execute, and measure paid search advertising initiatives that drive revenue for Brex. You will be tasked with assessing and enhancing the paid search advertising campaigns and channel mix throughout the buyer's journey to maximize conversions for our sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create a comprehensive strategy while also executing it through cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the paid search campaign strategy to meet acquisition targets and minimize customer acquisition costs.
- Manage operations, optimization, and execution across all paid search advertising channels (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve pipeline creation and return on investment goals.
- Conduct testing and optimization on a channel-by-channel basis to enhance search ad campaign performance.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to ensure Brex fully leverages paid search advertising channels.
- Drive initiatives focused on performance-driven conversion rate optimization through advertisements and landing page experiences.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams, Sales Development Representatives, and sales teams to enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Formulate strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful advertising campaigns.
- Comprehend the entire buyer's journey and proactively assess how growth marketing can support each stage through paid digital advertising channels.
- Analyze, communicate, and present the results of paid search campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, with a preference for 5+ years of experience.
- Strong business insight with a proven track record in implementing paid digital performance media channels, particularly search engine marketing. Familiarity with additional channels such as paid social, programmatic display, and YouTube is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital advertising channel data, metrics, measurement, and analytics, along with a solid understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and basic SQL.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience in building strong relationships and partnerships with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales teams.
- Experience in product-led growth strategies is a plus.
Compensation Overview
The anticipated salary range for this position is $126,560 - $158,200. However, the starting base salary will be determined by various factors, including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demand, and internal pay equity. Depending on the position, equity and other forms of compensation may be included as part of the overall compensation package.
