Marketing at Brex
The Marketing department is responsible for articulating the Brex narrative, establishing messaging and positioning, and translating our innovative products and features into clear customer advantages. Our marketing professionals—spanning Brand, Product Marketing Management, Content, and Performance—are tasked with acquiring new clients and possess a profound understanding of the business landscape. We work closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to ensure our prospects and clients recognize how we can assist them in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the strategy for paid search campaigns to meet acquisition targets while minimizing customer acquisition costs.
- Manage operations, optimization, and execution across all paid search advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve growth and return on investment objectives.
- Conduct testing and optimization on a channel-by-channel basis to enhance the performance of search advertising campaigns.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to maximize the effectiveness of paid search advertising channels.
- Lead initiatives focused on performance-driven conversion rate optimization through advertisements and landing page experiences.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams, Sales Development Representatives, and sales teams to enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Formulate strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful advertising campaigns.
- Comprehend the entire buyer's journey and proactively explore how growth marketing can support each stage through paid digital advertising channels.
- Analyze, communicate, and present the outcomes of paid search campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, with a preference for 5+ years of experience.
- Strong business insight with a proven track record in implementing paid digital performance media channels, particularly SEM. Familiarity with additional channels such as paid social, programmatic display, and YouTube is advantageous.
- Proficient in digital advertising channel data, metrics, measurement, and analytics, with a solid grasp of experimentation, A/B testing, and basic SQL.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Experience in building strong relationships and partnerships with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales teams.
- Experience in product-led growth strategies is a plus.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $126,560 - $158,200. However, the initial base salary will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demand, and internal pay equity. Depending on the specific role, equity and other forms of compensation may be included as part of the overall compensation package.
