About the Role

As a key member of our AbbVie team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the psychiatry market. This field-based position requires a strong understanding of account management principles and the ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to increase sales and market share in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Federal Account Executive teams to identify and pursue key target account opportunities within the VA.
  • Provide strategic and tactical direction to regional and district teams within AbbVie's Psychiatry Retail Franchise.
  • Analyze and support channel-specific training needs within the Region.
  • Develop annual business plans with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share in target accounts.
  • Partner with Field Sales Managers to evaluate and penetrate non-retail account drivers within MSAs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas.
  • Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
