Guest Services Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for mid-shift and evening-shift operations. Your role is crucial in providing assistance to Guests and enhancing their overall experience from check-in to check-out. A Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in shaping the first impressions of our Guests and must execute the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Adhere to all security and emergency protocols and manage their implementation as necessary.
- Ensure that all Guest complaints are addressed, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist the Night Auditor with all Front Desk and accounting-related responsibilities.
- Generate nightly reports as required.
- Communicate special requests, early/late departures, room changes, and other Guest inquiries to relevant Departments.
- Foster effective communication and collaborative relationships across all hotel departments.
- Comply with fire, health, and safety regulations and follow established procedures when necessary.

- Two years of experience in a Front Desk role.
- Familiarity with the hospitality sector.
- Advanced IT skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
