Guest Services Associate

- Welcome and engage guests at the bays, sharing insights about Topgolf's offerings.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a prompt manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bay areas, including clearing tables and collecting golf balls.
- Assist guests with bay setup and provide guidance on utilizing Topgolf technology.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and memorable experience for guests.

- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol as mandated by law.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
