Guest Services Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be working during mid-shift and evening hours to provide exceptional assistance to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your role is vital in shaping the first impressions of our guests, and you will be expected to perform the following tasks with utmost professionalism:
- Adhere to all security and emergency protocols, managing their implementation as necessary.
- Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently, ensuring they are documented and managed appropriately.
- Assist the Night Auditor with various front office and accounting tasks.
- Generate nightly reports as required.
- Communicate special requests, early or late departures, room changes, and other guest inquiries to relevant departments.
- Foster positive communication and collaborative relationships across all hotel departments.
- Comply with fire, health, and safety regulations, following established procedures when necessary.
