Powersports Sales Consultant

Ridenow Dallas, a part of RumbleOn, is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to enhance our dedicated team of customer service professionals. If you possess strong listening skills, excel at problem-solving, and have a genuine passion for sales and powersports, you could be an excellent match for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of powersports vehicles and demonstrate a talent for engaging with customers in a friendly and supportive manner. We prioritize delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and embrace a relationship-focused, customer-oriented approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the purchasing journey from vehicle selection to financing and delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Share the enthusiasm and thrill of powersports with our clientele.
- Facilitate introductions to other departments to promote cross-selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and customers using proactive sales techniques.
- Adhere to a structured sales process that has proven effective.
- Maintain an appealing showroom and display of motorcycles to attract customers.
- Document all client interactions and information in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, company updates, sales initiatives, and events, becoming a valuable resource for our customers.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Riding Experience and a Current Motorcycle Endorsement are essential for consideration.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with various brands and products in the powersports sector.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to assist colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, email, and other relevant applications.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Punctuality is crucial.
