Job Title: VP/SVP, New Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP/SVP, New Business Development to join our team at OPEN Health. As a key member of our Commercial function, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Scientific Communications Practice through winning new business and expanding our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive new business development strategy to drive growth and expansion of our Scientific Communications Practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead the development of marketing and thought leadership content to support business development efforts and enhance our reputation as a leader in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of new business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in new business development, with a strong understanding of the scientific communications industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
