Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at OPEN Health. As a key member of our Commercial function, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and development across our Scientific Communications Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive new business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals and pitches
- Manage and track new business leads and opportunities through our CRM system
- Work closely with our Commercial function to ensure alignment and effective collaboration on business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and new business growth
- Strong understanding of the scientific communications industry and its key players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Proficient in MS365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
