Senior Care Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Sales Professional to join our team at InnovAge. As a Senior Care Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our programs reach by cultivating community referrals within your territory and providing education on our PACE services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy for assigned territory to exceed monthly enrollment quotas.
- Cultivate Referral Sources: Create strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, inpatient/outpatient healthcare settings, independent living communities, government entities, faith-based groups, and community resources.
- Prospect New Account Opportunities: Identify populations of Medicaid, Medicare, Dual Eligible, VA, and Private Pay individuals and strategically align our PACE services within their communities through referral channels.
- Manage Account Volume: Increase the account volume of referral sources in your assigned territories and referral volume through strategic account management and follow-up.
- Present InnovAge Services: Create and conduct effective proposal presentations to referral sources and prospective participants.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up in our CRM system.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven successful healthcare-focused sales and marketing experience in both B2B and B2C settings, including Medicare Advantage plans, Managed Care Medicaid plans, and Veterans Administration health benefits.
- Skills: Demonstrable experience building and executing a marketing/sales plan, creating strong relationships with referral sources, and conducting effective presentations. Skilled in using CRM databases to maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, human services, or a related field from an accredited college/university or applicable experience in lieu of educational requirements.
- Other Requirements: Requires a state-issued driver's license, personal transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance as required by law.
- Language Skills: Bi-lingual.
- Existing Book of Business: Existing book of business/contacts/referrals in post-acute and senior care settings.
- Mobile Technology: Familiarity and comfort in a mobile technology-driven environment.
