Telecommunications Sales Specialist

Babylon Enterprises is a leading consulting firm specializing in telecommunications sales and marketing. Our mission is to empower well-known consumer brands to enhance their profitability and elevate their market presence through innovative revenue strategies.
We are seeking a motivated entry-level Telecommunications Account Representative to support our strategic marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing our sales strategies and representing our brand effectively. We expect our new Telecommunications Account Representative to foster strong relationships with potential clients, manage existing accounts, and contribute to the growth of our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, providing expert knowledge on products and addressing their inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify and connect with new and existing customers, enhancing our sales pipeline.
- Articulate the features and advantages of our products/services tailored to individual customer needs.
- Address objections and questions throughout the sales process with professionalism.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all customer account inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions alongside other Telecommunications Account Representatives and management.
Qualifications for Success:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Exceptional time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients.
