Compensation: $25.00 per hour on W2 plus mileage reimbursement

Role Summary:

This position involves providing technical assistance and support for computer systems and telecommunications. The ideal candidate will:

  • Conduct equipment exchanges and maintain inventory controls.
  • Install software and perform program updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
  • Educate users on the effective use of supported technologies.
  • Assist in resolving technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential weekend shifts for coverage.

Travel Requirements: The role necessitates travel using a personal vehicle to provide on-site technology support across various locations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A+ certification is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
