Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our team members, guests, and external partners.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
