Tax Administration Specialist Required

We are looking for a committed professional to fill the role of a Tax Administration Specialist. This position involves essential tasks that support the tax preparation process. The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Digitally organizing and managing client documentation
  • Gathering and structuring materials necessary for client tax submissions, including payment forms, correspondence, and guidance documents
  • Managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Executing filing and record-keeping duties
  • Offering general office assistance

The ideal candidate should possess previous administrative experience, demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, and exhibit a strong work ethic along with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
