Position Overview

This role is integral to supporting CCLB's administrative and developmental initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with fundraising projects, managing schedules, coordinating special initiatives, providing support for Board of Directors activities, compiling data, and facilitating program operations, among other related tasks. This position will collaborate closely with both the development and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist executive personnel with scheduling, meeting coordination, and special project execution.
  • Organize and maintain agency documents to ensure proper electronic file management.
  • Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors meetings, including technology setup, communication regarding meetings, record maintenance, and minute-taking. Collaborate with executive staff for meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the organization in achieving its mission, vision, and objectives through various administrative functions.
  • Assist the Development team with research, proposal coordination, and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on potential grant opportunities and aid in the preparation of grant proposal packages.
  • Compile and organize necessary information for grant applications.
  • Track and report on the progress and outcomes of funded initiatives.
  • Manage donor databases, ensuring accurate and current records.
  • Assist in producing agency documents such as newsletters, promotional materials, and reports, while collaborating with vendors for production needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,560 - $77,000, reflecting the entire pay range based on experience and education that exceeds minimum requirements.
