Role at SBM Management
SBM is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to enhance our team. The HR Field Coordinator will be tasked with managing personnel modifications and upholding employee records while delivering exceptional service and communication to all stakeholders involved in the operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute precise data entry for new employees, separations, and other relevant personnel activities.
- Assess and validate change requests and documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information, exercising discretion and escalating issues as necessary to rectify or finalize data.
- Carry out all duties in a prompt and precise manner.
- Guarantee that all information is submitted by the designated deadlines and possesses the necessary approvals.
- Review employee files to respond to inquiries and furnish information to authorized individuals.
- Aggregate data from personnel records and generate reports.
- Collaborate with various levels of management and staff.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding information related to employees, management, and departmental operations without exception.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions, including new hire orientation.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new employees, including but not limited to the completion and processing of background checks, drug testing, I-9 forms, and driver approval documentation as appropriate.
- Assist with and lead projects as required.
- Prepare and relay information to employees from corporate partners, encompassing but not limited to Human Resources, Payroll, Safety, and Finance.
- Create and implement alternative solutions when necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage transitions, including but not limited to onboarding paperwork, new hire orientations, and mobile rollouts.
- Travel may be required as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- An Associate's degree in Business Management or a related field from a two-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
Employment Type: Full Time
