Key Responsibilities:

  • Support current HR projects, initiatives, and technology to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage mail and inboxes daily to ensure timely response and follow up, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Aid in the prompt response/escalation to requests received, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Process requests for employment verifications, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist and support special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Provide assistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Administration and coordination of new employee orientation programs, creating a positive onboarding experience.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed, presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects, utilizing project management tools effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age, demonstrating maturity and responsibility.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of the internship, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management.
  • Pursuing a BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management, with a minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, demonstrating proficiency in software applications.
