Role Summary:
The Finance Department plays a vital role in delivering financial insights and strategic guidance to various teams, including Operations, FP&A, Real Estate, Human Resources, and Innovation. The Senior Financial Analyst is a proactive and inquisitive professional responsible for developing and assessing a variety of financial models and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare and manage specific elements of the corporate budget.
- Continuously enhance and update components of the enterprise financial model.
- Conduct comprehensive ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, providing explanations for variances against the budget.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, ideally within the restaurant or retail sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.

Essential Skills:
- Exceptional financial modeling capabilities, with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations for profitability enhancements.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.
- Proven track record in budget generation, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills, sound business judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with various organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and a strong desire to drive results and refine existing processes.

Technical Proficiencies:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and Power BI is preferred.

Compensation:
Salary range: $91,000 - $125,675.00.
