We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Arrow ECS. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating Arrow's worldwide financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly financial results from businesses around the world
  • Prepare and/or review financial reports for leadership, including ad-hoc requests
  • Reconcile complex balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Assess journal entries for compliance with US GAAP
  • Review international statutory financial statements
  • Develop and implement process efficiencies and automation
  • Train accounting teams on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system
  • Participate and/or lead projects with cross-functional teams
  • Interact with internal and external auditors and provide requested information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required
  • 4+ years accounting experience
  • Experience working for publicly traded companies and/or public accounting and/or in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar consolidation systems
  • CPA (or sitting for CPA)
  • Financial reporting experience
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments
